Who we are
Rishi Valmiki Eco School (RVES) is run under Dnyansadhana Education Society – a trust working in the education sector for over 35 years in Mumbai. We are a non-profit school with a mission to provide quality education to the underprivileged children and create a greener generation passionate about nature.
Where we work
We work for the children that come from low income communities in the village of Manori & slums of Goregaon. Our work also extends to other regions based on where we implement different projects.
Our core philosophy
We believe not only in Right to Education, but in Right to ‘Quality’ Education. At RVES quality education helps children blossom and develop their inner talent. We nurture them so that they will strive to reach their true potential and will emerge as a green generation. And most importantly they will be happy souls.
Our impact
At RVES we strongly believe that the impact we make on children goes a long way in many intangible ways. Things we do and teach kids are imbibed in their subconscious and shape their life. And when as teachers we do the right things, it impacts many future generations. Everything that we do at RVES has this belief at its core and all actions are an outcome of the question “What’s best for our kids?”
