RVES has designed this ‘Teacher Training Program’ as a capacity building tool for teachers & educators in other schools. It can be implemented in schools as a complete package and also with specific focus areas described below. We charge a nominal implementation fee for the sustenance of the program.
Capacity building is an ongoing process for the teachers. RVES’ Teacher training includes various aspects from teaching techniques to understanding child psychology and children’s background. We believe if teachers can understand the background of children, struggle which they go through, issues they face then teachers will be more empathetic towards children and will be able to address the real issues children are facing which are beyond academics. Teacher can be best counselor for children. Also most of the children have unsupportive learning environment at home and in such case it is extremely necessary that we simplify the topic as much as we can using simple techniques and activities.
We are an Eco School, so nature conservation is one of the top priorities and teachers are sensitised towards EVS practices and taken on nature trail every year to connect with nature.
